We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented technology that allows  customers the ability to monitor their water usage online.

Customers can do so by logging onto beaconama.net/signup on their computers, or by getting the EyeOnWater App for their smart phone.

The customer will then sign in by entering their account number as six total digits (ex. if account number is 123, customer will enter 000123. You will then need to enter the zip code where the service is located. (DeRidder = 70634 Longville = 70652, Ragley = 70657, Dry Creek = 70637 Merryville = 70653). You will be prompted to enter your email address for the USER NAME and create a PASSWORD to sign in.

Once signed in the customer can also click the Edit Alert button and input their email address to notify them of leaks. The customer may set parameters to alert them based on an hourly continuous flow exceeding --gal/hr. To be alerted by text message it explains how you enter your phone # in the field to add. If phone service is with ATT Ex. 3375554444@txt.att.net
